Ambiance is a half sister to the Nationals 2015 Female Judges Choice, with still a year to be in front of the judges, she is sure to wow them! Ambiance gave birth to a high quality brown female out of GVA Accoyo Satin’s Knight. She is a spitfire to boot! This year we chose Fir Meadow Sniper's Macgyver Too for a 2021 cria! And wouldn't you know it, another bombshell brown female. Gorgeous phenotype on this girl. We are excited to add her to our show string. “Rogue Suri Alpacas Ambiance” was biopsied as a 25 month old dark brown suri female with ARI#35064336. She grades level 4 of 4 glands. Her 15X scan shows fiber clusters mostly uniform in placement but irregular in size and shape. Her tissue specimen did not seem to release from the underlying tissue as expected causing a smaller percentage of normal clusters to be evaluated. Observe the 10 fiber clusters on the S/P scan that show an S/P of 9.3 to 1. 25 fiber clusters show an average S/P of 9.8 to 1. Also note on all scans that greater than 80% of the secondary fibers show a level of medullation. Her true density is measured at 79.87 follicles SQ MM of skin. 100 secondary fibers average 18.1 microns and 50 primary fibers average 25.2 microns for a variation of only 7.1 microns. Based on fiber stats Ambiance is one of the strongest Suri females that I have evaluated.

Julia's Minnie is the product of Julia's breeding decisions and boy did she do a great job! Minnie's dam is Julia's own alpaca Masquerade, a beautiful silver grey daughter of Silvano of PVA! Silvano is a multi time champion including Futurity. Minnie's dad is GLR Nico, who need no introduction! A true black 13 time Champion this boy is making amazing crias in all colors and Minnie is no exception!

Sandra gave birth to a dark silver grey female fall 2019. We are excited to see Nico continue to produce high quality greys! For Sandra's 2020 breeding we chose our own Rogue's Legend! A Quality Herdsire for sure, being a son of GLR Nico, we expect great things from this pairing for 2021! And wow! Another grey for Sandra. This time a rose grey male! He is so beautifully almost purple in color and an abundance of fiber all over his body! This is going to be a fun one to show! Sandra’s 2022 cria, Rogue’s Ash took the Grey Color Champion at the 2023 Futurity! For 2023 Sandra gave us a gorgeous female we named Rogues Confetti. This little girl should have no problem following in her siblings footsteps!

This female proved her quality over and over in the show ring under many different judges. Her first cria, RGSA Phoenix is an exceptional male, who in his show career is a 15X Banner winner. Phoenix has just started settling his first females this year. Jazlen's second cria, RGSA Phantom, an absolute knock out and full brother to Phoenix, completed his 2022 show season with 13 Banners. Phantom is co-owned with Knolveston Farms. Phantom is currently starting his breeding career. Jazlen's 3rd cria, a beautiful true black female we appropriately named Superfly, we are retaining in our herd for our foundation. Jazlen's 4th cria, a bay black female, that we are looking forward to showing in 2023.

Jamiyah’s show record was amazing. Her genetics were as well. She is no accident, but a well planned breeding.

Beretta is the first girl to be produced by Durango's Yaquina, and boy are we excited that it was out of Sierra Bonita's Peruvian Sniper! Carrying color along with excellent phenotype, Beretta is certainly for a breeder that understands the rarity of her pedigree. Yaquina is one of very few Durango females left in the USA along with being an excellent producer of quality Champion and even Judges Choice offspring. If quality is what you are after, this girl has it all!

Gwendolyn is a rare pairing of Rockstar genetics and Cinders. With this cross we were hoping to create a quality female that can breed back to any of Triple H Ranch or Rogue Suri Alpacas Herdsires. Gwen did not get to make her show debut in Spring 2020, however she will begin her show career in the fall of 2020.

Shiver is an amazing true black with a pedigree that boast genetics that are no long attainable. A very rare true black out of Goldstar’s Jet makes this female one of only 2 black females that Jet put on the ground before he passed away. Shiver delivered a bouncing baby girl, a solid silver grey, in June of 2021. We look forward to watching her grow and get ready for the show string in 2022! For Shiver’s 2022 cria we have chosen Gregarious of Halo. We are excited to see if she can throw another fabulous grey!

Princess Leia has lots of luster, fineness and has nice organized lock structure from an early age. This is not surprising because her sire is MMALP Goldstar's Vader. Vader won Get of Sire at 2019 AOA Nationals and 2019 Futurity Suri Reserve Herdsire of the Year Dark Colored Offspring. According to the judges, Chica has a very soft hand, she's a beautiful example of a black suri, excellent luster all the way across the body and nice density. Alia, produced by one of the best Great Lakes Ranch production females, GLR Allelujah. Alia, sired by Shavano, the 2010 Futurity Dark Herdsire of the Year. Alia, the champion. She didn't get named Color Champion in the small regional shows. No, she was the Black Color Champion at Nationals, at The Futurity, and the Suri Networks All Suri Fleece Show! We have herdsires that have won big championships and now we have a female that stacks right up there with the best of our males. Alia, she has it all! Locks, luster, conformation, a beautiful Suri look, and major championships!

Cazual Chic is another knock-out by BRKRD Goldstar’s Jet. Dripping with luster, fineness found most usually in light colored alpaca, and independent lock structure, this girl has it all! Jet’s EPD Rankings show his AFD as 18.9% and his SF as 17.14%. His histogram confirms Jet’s AFD as 18.3. Jet was also awarded the 2018 Futurity AND National Dark Get of Sire! Unfortunately Jet passed in the Fall of 2019 but during his short career as an award winning herdsire, his offspring garnered 15 Reserve Championship, 27 Championships, 1 Judge's Choice and 1 Supreme National Championship. Chic's dam has some claim to fame as well! When Nataliah was born, her owners could not believe how black, and how bright and lustrous her fleece was, these traits and her true to type suri phenotype is what wowed the judges. In 2011 she was awarded the AOBA National Color Championship. Chic started her yearling show career off with a bang at the Iowa Shows in Oct 2020. Agatha is everything you would expect from a Cinders Daughter! Beautiful flowing heavy dense locks with luster to spare! What a fabulous example of what a suri should look and feel like. Rama is a really nice girl! Her first cria was a stunning maroon with black points GLR Nico son. WOWZA!!! A complete standout at birth! This girl has one of the most amazing grey fleeces we have ever seen! We were so excited to see what Superfly was going to put on the ground bred to Jamayo and out pops this gorgeous blue black female that is full of spunk! RDE's Goldie Locks,ID# 35300342, AOA National Light Female Supreme Champion and 2017 AOA National Light Color Champion. Goldie did not start showing until she was a yearling so she accomplished a lot in her short show career. WOW, what a weekend at the 2017 AOA National Alpaca Show. Goldie took 1st place in walking fleece, 1st in halter class, color champion and supreme champion.....it doesn't get better than that. The judges said Goldie's fleece had that silky soft handle you expect to find on a Suri. She has a high degree of luster and her locks are layered due to the density, which is what judges like to see. Another great weekend for this little girl. Color Champion and Judges Choice at MOPCA. Again, outstanding Suri fleece qualities, per judges. And what away to end the 2017 show season with the Futurity Color Champion!!!!!!!!!!!!! Goldie was bred to the amazing Goldstar boy, WI Limited Edition and had Aston Martin September 11, 2018. This little guy is already showing great fleece qualities like his parents. Aston won Reserve Champion at 6.5 months at MOPACA.

GLR Black Pearls exhibits some serious, rare and sought after true black genetics. Elite Dream is exactly that, an Elite Dream. I find myself gawking at her in the paddock, thinking about how amazingly close she is to black huacaya perfection! Having already 2 years of show seasons, we elected to keep her open until the spring of 2024 to be bred and give her a chance to grow as she was born pretty late in the year of 2021. We are very excited to bring this bloodline of Stratton into our huacaya herd and cross her with some other amazing black genetics.
