Tintiy was biopsied in late 2015 and turned out to be one of the best girls on the farm! Which makes sense why her crias always seem to do so well in the show ring! "Rogue Suri Alpacas Derwydd Peruvian Tintiy" was biopsied as a 5 year old light fawn suri female with ARI#32159707. Her 15X scan shows fiber clusters uniform in shape and placement within her connective tissue. Her density is 67.25 follicles SQ MM of skin and her S/P average from 25 clusters is 10.3 to 1. Note on her scans that near 50% of her secondary fibers show medullation. She grades level 4 of 4 gland presence. Also notice on the 250X scan that she shows several round fibers that correlate with fiber luster along with her glands. 100 Secondary fibers average 18.1 microns while 50 primary fibers average 27.4 microns for an average ariation of 9.3 microns. This female has maintained her fineness, density, gland presence and portrays the whole package of desirable fiber traits. It wil be difficult to find a male to improve her traits.
